2020 Convention Hotels

If you have already made a reservation for the 2020 Department Convention the hotel will be cancelling the room block in a few days, but I would suggest you contact the hotel to cancel your reservation and get a reservation cancellation number.

I would also confer with the hotel in San Antonio for the Division Convention to cancel that room also.
